A quiet beginning

You may already have done a great deal of personal work therapy, coaching, reflection and yet still sense that something deeper is asking for attention.

Perhaps you feel a pull towards a more connected, authentic sense of who you are.
Perhaps you’re in a period of transition, post-burnout, or questioning, where old ways no longer quite fit and something new wants to emerge.

Soulfully Connected offers a held, relational space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what matters most without needing to fix or force anything.

This work is about coming back into alignment with yourself, at your own pace.

About me

I’m Jo van Osch, and I work with people who feel drawn towards deeper alignment, healing, and integration, often at points of transition, burnout, or quiet inner questioning.

My background spans psychology, coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling, and I’ve trained in a range of integrative and healing approaches over many years. Alongside formal training, I work intuitively attuned to emotional, relational, and energetic nuances, and this has been a natural part of how I perceive and connect for as long as I can remember.

Rather than seeing intuition and training as separate, I experience them as complementary. I work in a way that honours both psychological depth and intuitive knowing, held with care, consent, and ongoing reflection. What matters most to me is not the technique being used, but the quality of presence and safety within the relationship.

I’m particularly drawn to working with people who have already done significant inner work and are now sensing that something deeper wants to come into coherence, a truer sense of Self, a different way of being, or a more aligned direction forward.

Soulfully Connected is the home for this depth-oriented, integrative aspect of my work, where insight, intuition, healing, and reflection are held within a contained and compassionate space.

The Depth Integration Journey

A six-session one-to-one container

The Depth Integration Journey is a six-session one-to-one container, designed to support meaningful inner change over time.

Rather than working on isolated issues, we stay with what is unfolding for you as a whole person, allowing insight, healing, and embodied change to develop gradually and sustainably.

Six sessions offer enough space to:

  • build trust and safety

  • work beyond initial insight into deeper layers

  • notice what is shifting in how you feel, relate, and move forward

  • integrate change rather than rush it

Investment: £720
Format: Six one-to-one sessions (60–90 minutes each)
Pacing: Typically over 3–4 months

At the end of the journey, you can choose to pause, integrate, or continue. There is no expectation to do more.

How we work together

Each session is shaped by what you bring and what feels most supportive at that moment.

I work relationally and at depth, drawing on a range of integrative approaches as appropriate, including:

  • depth-oriented coaching and reflective dialogue

  • identity-level and emotional integration work (including IEMT)

  • Energy healing

  • intuitive and symbolic inquiry (including tarot, used reflectively rather than predictively)

You don’t need to decide which approach you want.
The work unfolds through presence, attunement, and trust.

My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where different layers of experience, emotional, energetic, and intuitive, can come into dialogue and integration.

Is this work for you?

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • feel drawn towards a deeper, more connected sense of Self

  • are navigating life after burnout, transition, or identity change

  • have already ‘done the talking’ and want change that is more embodied

  • are open to healing, intuition, and symbolic work held with grounding

  • value an ongoing, contained process rather than quick solutions

This work is offered as coaching and integrative inner work.

It is not crisis support, psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and it does not replace mental health or medical care.
